LiveAI Website provides a subscription-based platform to build, host, and manage AI-powered websites on AWS infrastructure. Your site is hosted on your own custom domain — you configure DNS at your registrar.
On the Starter plan, you connect your own AI account (e.g. OpenAI or Anthropic). You are responsible for following that provider's rules and any charges they apply.
On All-Inclusive and Pro plans, we provide the AI for you. Usage is subject to your plan's monthly limit. If you reach the limit, AI features pause until your next billing cycle unless you upgrade.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your card will be charged for the first billing cycle.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, by email and in-app notification.
You may not use the platform to host content that is illegal, promotes violence or hatred, infringes intellectual property, or violates the terms of any AI provider.
You may not try to get around plan limits or interfere with other users' websites.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
Pro plan subscribers are guaranteed 99.9% uptime per month. All other plans aim for the same but without a formal guarantee.
LiveAI Website is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We rely on third-party services for payments and hosting. Issues caused by those services are outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LiveAI Website is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
